Deaf School - Obala, Cameroon

Dr. Andrew Foster School for the Deaf was founded in 2004 as non-profit charity in Cameroon to provide an opportunity for deaf children to learn to read, write and sign.  A future goal is to provide vocational training allowing the deaf students to learn how to make a living. The school is working on registration with the local authorities and at this time receives no help or funds from the government.
